Here are the frequently asked questions.

1. Where are these palettes from?

According to the suppliers, they are imported directly from the same manufacturer as Costal Scents.
These suppliers are from hong kong.

2.  I want to purchase, what should I do?

Please email the order form that can be found at the bottom of all products' pages.
3. Do you supply?

Yes. Please email us for more information. Do provide us with your url too!

4. The items I want are all out of stocks! How long do I have to wait?

Once orders are placed, it will take 4 - 7 days to reach.
Please be patient and understanding.  

5. I have sensitive skin. Can I use them?

As such cases varies from people, you are advised to do a allergy test on your skin first. Apply a little on your hand/or jawline. If  red spots/rashes appear in the next two days, you should not continue using our products.

We have some people with sensitive skins are using our products and they are all well. Again, this differ from case to case. We will not liable for any cases as such. Therefore, please consult us before buying.

6. I can only transfer a few days later. Can I still purchase them?

Sure, you may. However, we cannot guarantee you of stocks by the time you transfer. We work on payment first. If the stocks are all sold out, please wait for a week or so. We will appreciate your cooperation.

7. Can I pay by cash?

It ill be highly advisable for all to pay via bank transfer or paypal (additional 5%).
This is to ensure no dead buyers. However, like what we have said, stocks are running out fast, paying first will allow us to reserve the items for you.
